Over the past 15+ years, she has led and advised national and regional initiatives involving multi-million-dollar public and donor-funded programmes that strengthened competitiveness, modernised public sector systems, and improved investment readiness in Small Island Developing States and emerging markets.She is known for building delivery systems that work, not just strategies that read well. Her work includes leading Jamaica’s business climate reform agenda, contributing to the expansion of the Global Services Sector, and strengthening institutional frameworks that support sustained private sector growth. These efforts contributed to measurable improvements in investor-facing outcomes, regulatory efficiency, and cross-government coordination.
